Our Mission & Standards

ZionMatch exists to connect sincere Christians worldwide who are seeking covenant relationships. Every feature, policy and rule is designed to honor God and protect His people.

These standards are non-negotiable. Violations are taken seriously and may result in immediate, permanent removal from the platform without refund.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. 1You must be a genuine, born-again Christian with a sincere personal faith in Jesus Christ.
  2. 2Members must be 18 years or older to join ZionMatch.
  3. 3You must be single, divorced, or widowed — no married individuals are permitted.
  4. 4All members must undergo and pass our strict identity verification process.
  5. 5You must use your real name and accurate personal information at all times.
  6. 6Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  7. 7Members from any country worldwide are welcome to join ZionMatch.

Conduct & Communication Standards

  1. 1All communication must be respectful, upright and consistent with Christian character.
  2. 2Flirting, innuendo, suggestive language or any form of sensual communication is strictly forbidden.
  3. 3Sexual content, explicit messages, inappropriate photos or videos are grounds for immediate ban.
  4. 4Harassment, manipulation, persistent unwanted contact or threatening behaviour is prohibited.
  5. 5No use of obscene, profane or disrespectful language at any time.
  6. 6Ghosting after meaningful connection is discouraged; communicate intentions clearly.

Profile & Authenticity Rules

  1. 1Profile photos must clearly show your face. No AI-generated images or misleading photos.
  2. 2Your profile information must be accurate, truthful and up-to-date.
  3. 3Misrepresenting your age, faith, marital status, location or intentions is grounds for removal.
  4. 4Photos containing nudity, swimwear, or immodest clothing will be removed.
  5. 5Catfishing (impersonating others) will result in permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.

Prohibited Activities

  1. 1Soliciting money, gifts or financial assistance from other members is strictly forbidden.
  2. 2Romance scams, fraud or any form of financial exploitation will be reported to law enforcement.
  3. 3Promoting other dating platforms or businesses on ZionMatch is not permitted.
  4. 4Spamming, mass messaging or unsolicited promotional content is prohibited.
  5. 5Using ZionMatch for any purpose other than sincere Christian courtship.

Enforcement & Consequences

  1. 1Violations are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team within 24 hours of reporting.
  2. 2Minor violations result in a formal warning and temporary restriction of features.
  3. 3Moderate violations result in a 7–30 day suspension from the platform.
  4. 4Serious violations result in permanent ban without refund.
  5. 5All serious violations and criminal behaviour are reported to appropriate law enforcement.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter any behaviour that violates these standards, please report it immediately using the flag icon on any profile or message. Your report is confidential.
